Narrative

The employee was walking across the rail haulage and tripped over one side of the rail and struck his lower leg on the rail on the other side. The employee suffered a contusion as a result of the incident. The following were not a factor: rules, regulations, equipment, skills, clothing, proficiency. attitude may have been a factor.
