Employee notified supervisor of numbness and tingling in his right hand. Medical evaluation indicated carpal tunnel syndrome although work relatedness was not identified. Post operative notes indicate the CTS exacerbated by work activities. Surgery was performed on 1/23/15. Post-Op notes received on 2/23/15.
