## Narrative

EE was helping to work on the right rear tire assembly. The operator in the tire handler was pushing the components together, while under pressure the left side retaining plate popped off, striking EE in the left knee after which it wrapped around his knee hitting the tire balancer, bouncing off it striking the back of EE's left leg.
