Individual was stepping off the front of the Fletcher Twin Boom Bolter. due to lack of concentration twisted the left foot and ankle, experiencing an abrasion to the outer foot. This did not involve any compliance issues, no equipment involved. It did not involve job skills or attitude. All personal items were being utilized.
