Narrative

Employee was filling a portable fuel cell that was attached to the forks of a sky track. When the employee stepped on one of the sky track forks that were on the ground level he lost his footing on the slick metal of the forks and fell making contact with his right hand on the ground. The employee received a fracture of the triquetrum on his right hand.
