Narrative

EE was using a Bobcat walk behind loader for clean up when his left hand was pinched between the machine and the cement wall. He was evaluated by a Physician after the event and diagnosed with a fracture to his left middle finger. He took himself off for his next scheduled shift due to the need for pain medication. He has returned to work.
