## Narrative

Employee underwent left shoulder surgery in May 2007.  In February 2015, employee had left shoulder examined.  The assessment was impingement and overuse of the left shoulder. The MRI revealed tendinosis in the left shoulder with a small tear. Employee underwent left shoulder surgery.
