Narrative

EE was in the process of throwing a rock dust bag over his shoulder when he felt a cramp in his chest. Initial report was a ""report only"". EE then requested to see a doctor. It was found EE suffered a hernia(un-repaired) which has a standard charge of 50 days LTA. EE is working and had no true lost time. Received doctors results on 2/28/2015.
