Narrative

Individual was not concentrating when dismounting BT-3 Battery ride. When stepping out of vehicle the left knee gave out causing him to roll the left ankle and fall on the left knee, (fractured knee cap). It did not involve any compliance issues, no equipment involved. It did not involve job skills, training or attitude. Personal safety items were being utilized.
