Narrative

Employee was using a chain hoist to move a gear case. The chain hoist slipped and fell on his left hand causing laceration. Employee had sutures in left ring finger. Medical Treatment. Compliance with rules and regulations was not a factor. Miners proficiency and job skills may have been a factor.
