## Narrative

Employee was removing a steel plate (16""x 16"") with the assistance of another employee, one was holding while one was cutting, when the steel plate was freed up the employee was in an awkward position and tried to handle the plate by himself.  Resulting in a strain to his right arm and was given work restrictions returning to work.
