Narrative

Individual was rib pinning off the Alpine Miner when a rib rolled striking him on the right shoulder and leg.(sprain to right shoulder) This did not involve any compliance issues, no equipment involved. This did not involve proficiency or attitude. All personnel safety items were being utilized. Individual continued to work until 3/02/2015, removed from work by doctor.
