## Narrative

This multiple injury employee stated that as she was unloading an oxygen tank near the slope bottom, she felt a pull in her groin area. This accident occurred because the employee failed to wait until she could obtain assistance in unloading the oxygen tank.  She did not violate any rules, regulations or policies.  She had on her appropriate PPE.
