## Narrative

Employee was using a drill when the drill bit caught and spun the drill out of his hand striking the back of his right hand. Cause of incident was employee lacking to hold onto drill. PPE was not a factor, Mining equipment and mining systems was not a factor, compliance rules/regs was not a factor, miner proficiency was a factor.
