Narrative

Employee was dragging tubes down the #3 entry (41-42 block) of 24 West and stepped on a piece of loose coal, twisting his right knee. Xrays were negative, but referred to specialist for possible soft tissue damage. No problems with PPE, training, mining methods or compliance issues.
