Narrative

While recovering mine rails, the ee decided to sit down to take a rest on a can of degreaser. The can had spilled contents on it top. The fluid soaked through his pants and resulted in a skin irritation. The can was clearly marked as to its contents. The accident was caused by the employee's failure to recognize the spilled fluid and the hazard associated as such.
