## Narrative

Uncoupling 2 flat cars from each other in 24W 36 block and pushed decoupler bar down too far catching his gloved right little finger between the bar and the eyelet holding the safety chain resulting in a laceration, treated by debridement. No problem with training, PPE, mining methods or compliance issues.
