## Narrative

Employee's right arm was caught between the feeder and the feeder trailing cable when he was attempting to trip the machine's service breaker. The cable had been caught by a rock in the feeder and became tight at the point he reached for the breaker switch. The injury resulted in a fracture to the radius and ulna bones.
