## Narrative

Carrying a bag of rockdust around E-Sled in 24W 43 block 2-3 to the duster at the belt wall and felt a pain near the femoral socket of his right hip. Walking straight, standing straight up, clear walkway and bag of dust close to body. Diagnosed with possible muscle strain. No problems with PPE, training, mining machines or compliance issues.
