## Narrative

Teammate was removing the lock ring from the left front wheel of a T732 haul truck. The teammate did not use the required T-bar for removal, which is designed to prevent the lock ring from falling on teammates. When he was removing the lock ring, it popped off and grazed the teammates elbow on the way down and created a contusion to his elbow.
