Narrative

Employee was unloading impact rollers out of a scoop bucket when the scoop operator pulled blade in on the Employee's hand which was laying on the blade causing three (3) fingers to be smashed. Employee was diagnosed with a distal fracture to his right hand and received five (5) to eight (8) temporary sutures. Employee is to follow-up with specialist
