## Narrative

EE was injured when trolley style manual chain hoist fell during coal mill roll replacement and chains struck him in the lower back. EE was  x-ray'd with no impairments found. EE was seen by doctor and pain RX's prescribed and removed him from work for one week due to soreness and inflammation. EE in PT.
