## Narrative

Employee was a passenger in supply motor which started to slide down the track. When the motor went through two (2) sets of airlock doors, employee jumped off of motor striking his left hand on an unknown area or object resulting in a compound fracture/laceration. Employee was treated at CAMC General where he was admitted and had surgery.
