Narrative

Individual was bent over picking up a joint of 3"" aluminum pipe, when lifting felt a pain in the left upper abdomen and a budge appeared on the stomach. This did not involve any compliance issues, no equipment involved. This did not involve proficiency or attitude. All personnel safety items were being utilized.
