Narrative

The employee was moving mono rail dollies with another employee. The second employee inadvertently push the mono rail and pinched the injured employees fingers between two rails. The injured employee suffered a laceration to his middle finger. The following were not a factor: rules, regs, clothing, protective devices, proficiency or attitude.
