## Narrative

Drill crew was tripping out HQ Rods and as both driller assistants were sliding the 20' section back onto the rod table, one assistant had his right hand between the rod and the pipe on the rod rack, causing him to pinch his right middle finger between rods. The nail was partially removed and x-rays indicated a tuft fracture of the finger tip.
