Material in a shredder ignited. the conveyor (BC-10) system was stopped and the fire suppression system for the area was activated it malfunctioned.  The fire traveled along the conveyor (BC-10). The local fire department was notified and arrived on site. MSHA was notified on 04/14/2015 at 6:21am via the hotline of the fire.
