Employee provided no description of incident. Claimed cramping of hands and forearm and electric feeling from hands to shoulders. Determined by medical examination that it could have been work related. Work assignment was a mine examiner with use of hands limited to driving and writing. Sought treatment 12/30/2014 with Carpal Tunnel release surgery. Accepted as work comp 4/15/2015.
