## Narrative

Going through airlock mandoor at 28 blk East Mains regulator and opened door to far so that regulator pressure grabbed it, swung it open and pinched his finger between door and block wall. Fracture and laceration to distal phalanx of right ring finger. No problem with training, mining machines, or compliance issues. Gloves could have reduced severity.
