Employee stated he was working on a 2"" discharge line on Unit #1 @ XC 31 in entry #2 wearing rubber boots, he noticed a skin irritation the next morning had developed on both left and right shins. The irritation had become more severe as the day progressed. The employee was seen at Dr's office and diagnosed with dermatitis. The employee started missing work on 4/15/2015.
