## Narrative

Employee was using a parts puller to pull a coupling hub off a shaft, he said it was tight. He was using an adjustable wrench to turn the treaded shaft. He was using repetitive motion to remove the hub. After removing the hub, he turned and felt a sharp pain to his neck.
