Narrative

We are submitting this as an occupational illness because it is the result of cumulative and repetitive trauma. The employee hit his head on the canopy of the ram car when he hit some rock in the haulage road. The preliminary indications are that it resulted from trauma to an area that was previously subject to a severe trauma from (2) two auto accidents away from the mine site.
