Narrative

While in the process of positioning a 10' long piece of 10"" pipe for mill #6 discharge line to be rigged to a second point. The pipe became bound between the ground and the new 30"" header. EE placed his hand on the end of the pipe and pulled in an attempt to free it. In doing so the pipe became free and moved laterally pinching EE left hand ring finger.
