## Narrative

A fully trained employee was cutting up old belt to remove from the beltline at mainline 15 #3 x-cut. The employee bent belt backward to make a cut and when he put pressure on his knee he had placed his knee on an old razor blade on the ground resulting in stitches in his knee.
