Narrative
Employee incurred an Abrasion to his left forearm. Employee was loading the L-3 Center Face and the Ammonium Nitrate Fuel Oil (ANFO) hose blew out of the hole due to the ANFO running low/empty in the ANFO Pot and struck him in the forearm.
