## Narrative

Incident occurred with an employee operating machinery in the mine. He felt ill, got off the machine. The foreman immediately began questioning the opr and discovered he had forgotten to take his meds. Paramedics were called and found blood pressure high. They recommended air flight which transported to hospital. He was treated and released after controlling the personal concern.
