## Narrative

EE was assisting another employee carry a 60"" top roller to a scoop insert. In the process of carrying the roller the EE stepped into the scoop insert to stack the top roller on top of another one. When the employee stepped in the insert he slipped on a 60"" bottom roller causing him to fall, twist his right ankle, and to drop the 60"" top roller on top of him.
