## Narrative

Employee was bolting 3 left and attempted to install a t-3 strap. He installed one side of the strap and attempted to push up the other end with the drill pot.  The strap slipped off of the drill pot and sprung back striking him about 1"" above his left eye.  The employee received 8 stitches.
