Narrative

Traveling down Slope Belt, EE slipped on loose material on concrete bottom. When falling, EE grabbed cradle with LT hand & swung around. EE's RT hand glanced off Belt Crossunder & got caught between belt and Top Roller, then RT hand got caught between crossunder and the belt. EE removed hand. EE received 5 sutures to hand. This is being submitted as a Medical Treatment (NDL).
