## Narrative

Valve was tied off to hold it in it's position and when trying to untie the rope, the last knot failed causing the valve wheel to spin unexpectedly.  Valve was under more pressure than anticipated. Facial contusion/trauma, right facial swelling without loss of consciousness. Closed fracture of zygomatic arch.
