Employees were using a ram to hit a head nut to remove it from a main shaft. Injured employee was on the right side of ram when they hit the head nut with the ram, it turned the head nut allowing the ram to swing past the head nut. The ram then swung back and hit the main shaft & then hit the surge bin wall, then hit the employee in the right arm. EE sustained fractured arm.
