Narrative

Operator was tossing out garbage and sweeping dirt out of the back of PU2020, light truck. The wind came up causing dust to get in the operator's right eye. Operator was wearing prescription safety glasses with side shields. After receiving medical attention, a tiny piece of metal was actually removed from operator's eye.
