Narrative

Employee was attempting to take apart a quick-release fitting on a 3/8"" airline. Employee depressed lock collar and pulled on tubing. Tubing released unexpectedly and employee struck bag saddle creating a small laceration to right little finger. Employee taken to Dr, received 3 stitches & placed on restricted duty(limit use of right hand) Released to full duty 4/29.
