Employee was standing by a pump when a water value blew open and the employee slipped and fell on right lower leg while trying to get away from water value. Restricted Duty as of 05/22/2015. Fracture to right lower leg. Compliance with rules and regulations was not a factor. Miners proficiency and job skills may have been a factor.
