Narrative

EE was attempting to raise his toolbox lid on the lube ride with his left hand, and his hand slipped causing the lid to fall down on the tip of his right middle finger. He was taken outside and then to the hospital for x-rays. An examination revealed that he had a fracture at the tip of the finger and needed one (1) stitch to close a laceration at the tip of the finger.
