## Narrative

On 1/22/2014 Employee went to doctor & was diagnosed with ""Trigger Finger"" on his R. hand (#3 & #4 fingers) due to years of mining. Doctor office treatments have been occurring up to this point. Employee missed NO work, nor had any restrictions. Treatments are not working anymore. Employee had surgery on fingers on 5/22/2015 (which is his 1st shift missed).
