While hanging empty bagged pumpable cribs, the employee self inflicted a laceration with a razor knife. The accident was caused by the lack of the employee to wear the appropriate Person Protective Equipment - metacarpal gloves. The employee failed to follow the rules which resulted in this accident occurring. The employee was properly trained but failed to follow his training.
