## Narrative

on 5/11/2015-employee reported that both his elbows have discomfort/soreness due to years of mining. On days off, (5/26/2015)-employee went to doctor, who issued restrictions to avoid repetitive activities with his elbows. We are able to work with theses restrictions in a TWA on surface. (5/27/2015-1st day on restricted duty)
