Narrative

Miner was replacing teeth on backhoe. Miner hit tooth with mall to loosen and metal fragment hit him in the upper left thigh causing a 1/2"" x 1/4"" deep cut. Miner was given a tetanus shot and antibiotics to prevent infection.
