Narrative

#1Fan on #2Cooler tripped,while resetting,a process upset condition occurred allowing hot clinker to exit the Cooler.This hot clinker exceeded its temp rating. This created a chain reaction where #1Clinker Belt,then #2Clinker belt caught fire.When #2Clinker failed, it fell onto the Incline Fuel Transfer Belt,igniting it,which by a chain reaction ignited the Fuel Shuttle Belt.
